Woman claims to have witnessed activity near the scene the day before and day of Jodi's disapearance...

[ The following is an actual, personal account given by a woman who noticed suspicious activity near the scene of Jodi Huisentruit's disappearance the day before and day of her disappearance. This woman wishes to remain anonymous.]

"I used to run 7 miles everyday. I ran the same route, kept adding on to my mileage and incorporated sprinting once in awhile to improve my lungs. That running route took me by Key Apartments at approximately 4:30 AM every morning. I was very aware of safety and of my surroundings. For instance, the area around Key Apartments had foliage, so I ran straight down the middle of the street in the light of the streetlights so I could see problems before they arose.

My running route included coming from the south and going north on Kentucky Ave. I would run up to the 4-way stop on State Street. Then, I would continue on north, past Key Apts. which would be to my left, ran by some churches and up to 12th Street NE. I would turn right onto 12th Street NE. I would not go that far, but instead turned right, at I believe an electric transformer station. The road led towards a school (junior high or high school; can

Every morning, along my route, I would see cars, other runners and general activity as people were going to work. There were areas that made me nervous and I was on high alert when approaching those areas. I remember seeing headlights underneath the bridge near Key Apts. and used to presume there were drug dealings going on there.
