I have watched episode #8 of The Huisentruit file several times.

Has anyone else given this more than the once over?

I find it compelling viewing.

I'd like to write more on this episode. I'm thinking about it.

Lucky number 7 is what did it for me.

#7 is interesting especially if you read about Jodie's friend who recently was engaged, who was a farmer, just purchased new farm equipment and was found dead in his home weeks before Jodie disappeared, ruled I believe a suicide.

Another one that I still find interesting is the woman who claimed she was at the scene of where Jodie was brought after the abduction and witnessed several elements which police determined to be totally unreliable. They could easily have excellent reasons for why they believe that but think about the total disappearance of Jodie, no trace of her anywhere, what that alleged witness stated would account for why she never was found. I believe drugs does somehow play a part in this.

I'm afraid the 'drug' angle doesn't ring any bells for me.

From what I have seen and read Jodi was not an investigative journalist but rather a presenter and sometime field reporter.

Episode #8 got my attention because of statements made by people who were friends/aquaintenances of Jodi.

Number 7 wouldn't ring a bell unless you discovered something like I did.

Not proof but it's dang interesting. Game of Connect the dots.I wish I could say more.

CORNSEED GUY

A person of interest in the Copper Dollar Ranch murders in Newton. Deeply into drugs there.

Was deeply into drugs in Mason City.

Possibly killed Bill Pruin. Threatened to kill him at the party for dancing with Jodi.

Was insanely obsessed with Jodi.

Was seen in a bar in Grinnell IA. drinking and talking. Very red faced. Scared the bejebits out of the lady bartender.

The drunker he got, the redder his face got.

Overheard blabbing in another bar about how he knew where Jodi was.

Jodi made mention in Beth's book about his  "purple Rage". She witnessed it.

He was found everywhere Jodi was.

It was not uncommon to see him in Jodi's parking lot in the middle of the night.

He moved to AZ. soon after Jodi went missiing. Killed an old man there by beating him to death .

Got off scott free.

Deeply into drugs in AZ.

Any  questions?

Twid -- I hadn't heard the story about the bar in Grinnell or the other bar where Jodi's location was mentioned.  Where did you see and/or hear that? I'm not challenging any of your bullet points -- just extremely interested in the subject.

The one bar I seen on here,  the other one came from a personal friend who worked at the bar in Grinnell. She was beside herself and couldn't wait for him to leave. really scared her. He is a very wicked man.

Thanks Twid. Maybe Gary and Josh would be interested in talking to your friend from Grinnell?
