This is for Josh and Gary

What has bothered you the most over all these years about this case possibly including the handling of it by Law Enforcement. Obviously finding Jodie would be ideal, but what would you think is the main areas that need to be addressed and bring this case back to the foreground.

In reviewing the comments we make, and I'm sure you probably won't criticize us to much, are we looking at this case correctly based on what we know? This may sound silly but direction could make us focus on those areas which may lead to information. We will never know what may trigger those who know the truth to finally come forth and end this tragedy for Jodie and her family.

I guess the thing that frustrates me the most about this case is that whoever did this...simply got away. I can't imagine it was so expertly planned that there wouldn't be a shred of evidence found...and the case still not even CLOSE to solved this many years later. I simply can't give the person(s) who did this that much credit. I realize the ball was dropped several times in this investigation. I can understand a professional killer, a mob hit, or someone or some group who has experience in this sort of thing -- could possibly get away with it. But anyone less...I just don't see it. It's a mess all around.

That's why this site is here. I think people, as a collective whole, are the only chance this case has got. I'm not seeing much action from any other entity.

So I extend a big thanks to Vinny and those keeping this thing going...I truly feel its the last chance Jodi and her family have some justice.

An answer to this question might have been answered by you already in this statement.

I can understand a professional killer, a mob hit, or someone or some group who has experience in this sort of thing -- could possibly get away with it. But anyone less...I just don't see it. It's a mess all around.

That's what I'm saying.

1.Hired gun?
2.corruption in a place of importance and power?
3.drug ring?

I believe all three, and yes I've already talked to Gary about my hypothesis.

Hi Gary!

I agree on the scenarios and appreciate you coming on board and lending your opinion. Perhaps with your help and that of others in the field we can hasten this case along to a conclusion.

Thank you

I think the thing that gets me is how can a person just be gone? If more than one person was involved I gotta think loose lips sink ships and that's what would happen if more than one person was involved. Lets look at the morning Jodi went missing. How long was it before the police started to search? Hours is enough time to get almost out of Iowa in any direction. Why didn't the police get called when Jodi didn't show up for work after she was called? It's only a few blocks. Has anyone ever sat down with some of these people whom were thought involved and asked them did you or do you know anything about what happened to Jodi? I think the police know more than they are letting on and because of that this won't be solved. The files should be open to Josh and Gary so the dot can be connected.

I also believe and have said so what Bounty Hunter stated. As far as #2 I think someone is being protected by not pushing to hard. Look at people who had information to tell and were never interviewed by the police. Active investigation??? How active, just enough to not release information for the past 14 years.

At this point in time releasing some information to jar memories would be welcome. If they have an active investigation going, and there was more than one abductor, how about offering immunity to the first one who comes forward with information leading to Jodie's location and who the other accomplice was. Let's start being a little creative here, time is not on our side.

Problem with police immunity ,even if you do get immunity from the Police -you're still a dead man walking.

Hence, NO WAY OUT Ever.

I noticed that she had police protection. Does anyone know the dates she had a police escort?

Also what are the officers names that were her escorts?

So i guess most of us agree that the police know a bit more than they are telling and maybe even know or have a very good idea as to who did this. No way a drug dealer could pull this off and keep it on the down low for this many years. someone has been paid off...

Vinny makes some interesting points in the post above.

The thought has crossed my mind that it might be in the interests of some people that this case remains in limbo.
I really don't like comnspiracy theories but the way this case has drifted for fourteen years is a major concern.

The fact that a suspect has never been named is an enigma in itself.

What's wrong with having at least a person of interest? I can't believe LE has never ever had a person they suspected in some way.

I find it weird that in fourteen years it has been impossible for investigators to name a person of interest. If they had done so they may have flushed the perpetrator out by now.

The thing with conspiracy theories, is that people dis miss them as crazy talk and the truth gets buried.

Your theory gets buried and the perp gets away with his crime.
Sometimes truth is stranger then fiction.
You must remain open minded and thats why I chose to contact Gary.
He seems like the type of person to leave no stone un turned. He also greeted my info with an open mind.

Suspect everything and rule out nothing.Even when you rule dout something -look for a shred of truth mixed in with the lies.
I learned this a long time ago.
Dig and keep digging till you get to the end of the Rabbit hole. Or in this case dig till you get to the top.

A conspiracy is only just that- if you let it be just a conspiracy.

The truth will set Jodi free.
