I have just reviewed a few of the episodes myself since I joined the forum yesterday. I have similar questions on who she is referring to as well, and wonder if it is someone that Jodi knew as well. I am still in the process of writing down some notes from previous information on the website, but will be putting my theory together soon.

As far as I know the police had 3 POI's two in jail who are no longer POI's and corn seed guy, Amy Kuns said the person she thinks did it wasn't named a POI. Have they gotten that name from her and have they done their job and interviewed that person. We don't know who it is or it they did.

I know of another witness who after years with some very relevant information was still not interviewed by police. So the question is have they done an interview with the person and if not just how active is the investigation. Saying it's active and appointing someone with "Fresh Eyes" to the case doesn't mean it's active, the file can still sit in the draw with that released information from the police.
