[b]Yea but when i realized i looked at the date wrong for the citation i pretty much ruled him out...Most importantly, he was very likely scrutinized thoroughly by LE(as all her co-workers were).I didnt know(or dont recall)that ND was playing golf during the search...
Ive never heard of him being a POI at any time...

I wonder if jodi had a male visitor the night before, as some clues in her apt. indicate; maybe he hasnt come forward because he and Jodi had a secret thing going on/ Msybe he was attached or married. Also, fear of having the finger pointed at him would be a probability which could cause his continuing silence. And perhaps he was extra cautious becsuse he was high profile in some way?? Thus, he is an innocent(?)and indirect player here who wasnt involved in her abduction, but left clues in her apt. to cause much speculation(and maybe misdirection). Which leaves the stalker theory very credible and much in tune with the forensic astrology charts interpretation thread about Jodi.
