I hope this doesn't sound too out there, but I just finished reading a true crime book in which police had witnesses and possible witnesses to a crime undergo hypnosis to try to uncover more details. I have no idea how valid this is as an investigative tool, but I thought I would put it out there just in case it has some merit. Even after all this time, if they were willing to try it, perhaps it could help witnesses/possible witnesses, those living in Jodi's apartment complex who heard something, those who saw the van or a mysterious vehicle, or even the female jogger who had such odd, uncomfortable experiences, recall some lost detail that might help crack the case.
