Hey everyone,

I have made simliar comments in the past, but I really want to see this board get going again, so I thought I would post.

I'm shocked that more of these crime documentary/profile type shows don't examine Jodi's case. [i]20/20[/i] did an excellent job, and I know that [i]Unsolved Mysteries [/i] aired something about it. I, however, am stunned that more shows don't try to do something on a case that is so haunting, disturbing, and chilling.

I keep looking for ID's new series [i]Disappeared[/i] to highlight the case, or even [i]On the Case with Paula Zahn[/i]. We have more media venues than ever, but I'm not sure why the case doesn't receive more attention. I've mentioned it before, and I still say CBS's [i]48 Hours [/i]needs to profile the case. After all, Jodi disappeared while working at a CBS affiliate. I know that 48 Hours typically follows a case in a one hour format to its conclusion, but the show, this season infact, did profile the missing woman from Grand Junction, CO, and her case remains open.

Do you think:
1) Law enforcement doesn't want to publicize because they are working on something big?
2) Maybe it hurts the family to have it profiled (memories, pain, etc.)
3) No interest in the case? (which makes no sense to me).

I would love to hear everyone's thoughts... particularly Josh and Gary.
