The next street north of Jodi's apartment is called Birch Drive. If you turn left or west you first drive by a church on the corner, a camping park which butts up to the west side of the apartment complex, then the public swimming pool and then residential housing.

If you turn right or east on Birch Drive you go down a road that goes past newer houses before crossing the Rail Road and then a wooded area. Birch Drive follows the Winnebago River. Past the wooded area there is Murphys Park and areas you can go down to the River before it takes that rounded bend to the south and then back east again.

Then a new housing area before you get to Illinois Avenue which is paralled to Kentucky Avenue. Birch Drive takes a little jog on Illinois Avenue before continuing down a dirt/gravel road close down by the river again. This is a wooded area and on the south side of the river there is the Mason City High School. It finally crosses over Rout 18 with a bigger jog to the West before going over the river and continuing down the west side of the Winnebago River.

As it continues south along the River it goes in a very wooded area by the sewage treatment plant and past a few scattered houses.

When it gets south enough to a bend where several pictures were taken and a farm with pumpkins picture. Birch Drive takes a sharpe right heading west.

I have thought this could have been the Route the abductor could have taken. If he went farther south and west he would have ended up at the Abandon Farm Site that is SouthWest of Mason City.

When you go to the flickr page be sure to go to sets to see how the pictures were divided. A lot of these pictures were discussed on the old forum, but because it has changed the information was lost.

Eventually I will fill in the Flickr information, but have been too busy to get it down. Kinda like chewing your cabbage twice when you get it all down and then it disappears with each new forum. When I get it on the flickr page it might stay for a while.

The abandon farm is where I was lead quite unexpectedly by a psychic pull. In 2006 was the first time I got close enough to it to be affected. It also happens to be the abandon farm site the Honken and Johnson killed and buried Terry DeGeus.

Sorry Josh, didn't mean anything by that. It is what it is and nothing stays the same. Change is a part of life. I had a web page about Jodi in 1998 on WBS and then the WBS was sold to MSN or someone and that disappeared.

You have done a great job. And I support and appreciate all you have done. I still hate change because I always have to learn something new to adapt.

Keep up the good work... and restating information might help all of us rethink the situation and shine new light on the case.

look at the graffiti pic and zoom in.. it looks like it says "cop killer" at the top and the handwriting on the c's, o's and i's looks the same to me. Is that a flower next to "__ jodi?"
