'The Other Bar' Closes. Thoughts?

Big news today out of Mason City (as reported by KIMT-TV) that The Other Place bar is closing in Mason City. We know Jodi would frequent that bar along with other KIMT-TV staffers. Does anyone recall going to that bar and/or seeing Jodi there? What do you remember about the bar? Let's hear some stories. Gary and I had lunch their while working on The Huisentruit File back in 2004 and once again a few years ago, but those were the only times we visited the bar. End of an era.

I was just there last week.  Strange you should mention it.  I have been there a couple of times when I went to Mason City.

In fact someone I know who works on the Jodi case in law enforcement was eating lunch there at the time. Always nice to run into someone you know.
