We’re back from what seems to have been a break that once again, is far too long. There hasn’t been much new in Jodi’s case as you can probably tell. We’ve discussed these lulls in previous posts. They never seem to get any better. But we’re happy to have come across a podcast that has breathed a bit of life back into the case.
We have always discussed collaborating and creating a podcast for Jodi – in fact, it still may happen. We have covered her case in a 13-part series for television, her case has been told on countless TV shows and documentaries and in newspapers and even on radio websites. But I don’t think it’s ever been told from a podcast perspective.
Special thanks to Scott Fuller, the Content Manager for KAUS Radio (Alpha Media) in Austin, Minnesota for putting together a very well done podcast on Jodi and her disappearance. KAUS is located about an hour north of KIMT-TV where Jodi was the morning news anchor.
It will be 23 years on June 27th since Jodi was abducted from her apartment parking lot on her way to work.
As another year begins, we at FindJodi.com remain committed to finally find answers to what happened to Jodi Huisentruit.
You can listen to “What happened to Jodi” – a podcast in 8 parts by clicking to the radio station’s website here.
Fuller goes into several topics – similar to The Huisentruit File and recounts dialogue from previous interviews from FindJodi.com material as well as from others. The production is done very well and we’re happy there is now a radio/podcast account of the events that transpired.

I’ve followed this case on n off since its debut on Unsolved Mysteries. I truly hope one day her family, her friends and we all find out what happened to her
Thanks for always supporting the case and our website. Much appreciated.
I use to comment frequently and had discussions with Jim the PI from SD who has since passed. To me the stumbling block has been the reluctance of the Police to have a national Cold Case unit review the case. They may have a good reason but as year 23 comes up that reason starts to become blurry. As much as I had hoped this would be solved relatively quickly it becomes evident that it is becoming borderline folk lure as time passes. All of you have done a great service to Jodie by keeping her case alive but it needs help to move on from here. Every now and then I think of Jodie and what her family has gone through not knowing, very sad.
MCPD is covering up their illegal drug trafficking activities. When will people wake up to the cover up. The police will keep this case classified in perpetuity. It’s as simple as that.
