Find Jodi Huisentruit
Tribute 3

20 Years

By Josh Benson @wflajosh · On June 27, 2015

Today marks 20 years since Jodi Huisentruit disappeared.

Family, friends and strangers are paying respects to Jodi and continuing to search for her two decades later.

At 10:00 a.m. CDT, a large group of those who support Jodi and the efforts to find her are meeting in Mason City to ‘finish Jodi’s journey’ by walking from the Key Apartments to the KIMT-TV studio where she worked. There will be a small presentation at the end of the walk where a statement from the family will be read and other friends and family will speak. Our team will also answer questions about our ongoing efforts to find Jodi and bring her family closure.

We will post information below related to the Walk, recent media reports as well as images and other media. If you would like to donate to our organization, please do so by clicking here. Your support goes a very long way no matter how large or small the donation.

Thanks to those who haven’t given up. We fight on and hope to not see the 21st anniversary.

Statement from Jodi’s Family

jodi-huisentruit-family

20 years ago today, we lost a bright, shining light in our family. Jodi brought us so much joy & happiness in the 27 years that she was with us. She would have been amazed and so appreciative of the love and support that you all shown for her. We miss her every day, and we continue to pray for answers. We would have loved to have been there with you all today, but we had made arrangements to spend this anniversary privately as a family before plans for this walk were made. We are with you there in spirit, though, and we thank you for giving up your time to remember someone who is so dear to us.

Thanks to everyone who took part in the walk today. It was a success and while we wish we could have joined you, we’re happy that the event was shot by Dan Borland and we’ll put putting together a video of the day in a few weeks. Thanks again to all of you for your support – especially on this important day.

Jodi Huisentruit what an interesting story, from such a beautiful lady-God must have taken her in a different plan of salvation-to his home. Miss her friendly smile and charisma that will never be forgotten. Prayers for Jodi and her family-Peace.

As I am typing this, I am watching a video made by The Prophecy Club. The gentlemen speaking is Al Cuppet. He was a military intelligence officer. About half way through, he starts to talk about how he thinks that Jodi was taken by the government for exposing, or getting close to exposing, something that was not supposed to end up on the air.

He spoke of a 2 year old hand print on a car. He also spoke of the oddity of the authorities claiming that they knew it wasn’t a rape/murder type of situation, even though they didn’t have a body or any sign of this rape/murder other than an old hand print on a car.

I don’t want to be viewed as some person who brought Conspiracy Theory to her legacy and marred up a memorial type of blog. But, I’d rather be called a Conspiracy Theorist than a Coincidence Theorist.

Bad people in charge did this.
