As someone very new to this case and this site, how are each of you connected to it? Friends, family, investigator, just very interested?!?!?

It was interesting to me at first because of the true crime aspect - after reading the book it's taken over my mind because I live so close to all the areas mentioned in the book and feel like it's kind of personal now. Guess that sounds crazy, but there you have it!

I first heard about this case in the late 90's on the "Unsolved Mysteries" tv show. Ive always been a true crime buff. Over the years ive kept up on the case here and there...I found this website just last year though.
