Has anyone been following this case the past few years? It has an eerie similarity to Jodi's case in a sense. Both vanished in thin air, both cases the LE have done a terrible job, and both cases there is a male acquaintence. Just seeing what ppl's take on the case is if anyone has been following it.

I think the key to this case is the time frame from when she left school and when she was supposed to show up at work. Where would a girl her age go in a small town? Home or with her ex-b/f seem to be the only two possibilities I see. Supposively according to sources on websleuths, her b/f has a very strong alibi and has passed lie detector tests. I really think the LE needs to look harder at the step-father and mother in this one.
