I do honestly love getting on the forum and viewing everyone's opinions and theories about what happened.  I think it is important to remember however,  that it is only opinion and theory.  We do know some facts and the only reason we know some facts is that they have been confirmed by LE.  I think that alot of what has been posted on here as fact as far I have seen, and this again is only my opinion, is not factual.   That being said with regards to someone not wanting their van looked into, I am not saying that it is not true or not fact but it definately as far I as I can tell has not been confirmed by LE nor probably should it.  My whole concern is if it is true and it is just been talk around the community, someone should have went to LE with this immediately and they should have torn that vehicle apart looking for any evidence as far as DNA or any evidence of cleaning or cover-up.  I so bad want to believe in the good in people that if they knew something, heard something, saw something would take it immediately to LE and I also hope that we could trust LE to correctly follow-up on these tips.  My hope is still that people did and still do these things although immediately after the crime in the first few days or months would be ideally the best and that again LE follows up appropriately.  I am however convinced that the reason this crime has not been solved is the lack of community participation and people not wanting to get involved.  Someone other than the person or persons involved knows something and it is time to come forward.  There is not such thing as the perfect crime.  A woman was taken against her will and in all likelihood murdered and you and we owe it to her and her family to get to the truth of what happened to her.  I don't know if this does any good after all these years or if people still get on this site or not but if you know something about this case go to LE and let them know about it.  Jodi and her family deserve it.  As for not knowing what is fact or not, don't let it discourage you from posting on the site and sharing ideas and exchanging information.  Over the years that I have been getting on here and have read a great deal of what is on here, I believe it to be thought provoking stuff from people with good intentions with hearts in the right place.  Keep it up and hopefully with some luck and hard work the family and Jodi can finally have some peace.
